I can’t say enough great things about RadAir Parma Hts Ohio! Rob was friendly and answered my questions clearly. I felt they were honest, competitively priced and I believed I could trust their judgment. I wasn’t wrong. They did an outstanding job on the front strut replacement. The car is 16 years old and handles like new! Did the oil change turnover to synthetic and inspected the brakes, front end and filters. Pointed out what I did and didn’t need replaced. I will definitely use them for all of my car repairs from now on. Thank you for everything!

I went to the dealership for an oil change and service check. I was informed I needed rear shocks. I read the reviews on Yelp regarding Rad Air and thought I'd get a second opinion. Rob assisted me and informed me that my shocks are just fine and I have nothing to worry about. He even went the extra mile to check the alignment. He was thorough, honest, and sincere. I truly appreciate that, as I'm not well versed in cars/maintenance. I will definitely come back for my car's future needs. Highly recommend.

These guys are extremely friendly and attentive to your needs. Brought my car in for a safety inspection and had 2 front lower control arms and alignment done. I even brought it back because I thought I heard some noise from the front end and they were so willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the work they performed on the car was up to there standards. Even offered to put it back up on the lift to make sure and took it for a test drive. Turns out I just need some new rotors and pads which was causing the noise. 10/10 from me! Amazing customer service and a great experience from me! We will be back!

I can't see myself going anywhere else to have any repairs done, Rob and his crew are the very best around, you always get smile and a thank you from them and never have to go back a second time to have the same repair done.

Extremely professional. Rob explained the issues with my car and had it fixed and back to me before I knew it. He also followed up a couple times to make sure everything was still running good and there were no issues. Would highly recommend to anyone with any automotive work that needs to be done.
