I had a frustrating day with my new Apple 12. After going to the apple store and getting frustrated, I went to see Aldo at the AT&T store. He was extremely helpful, considerate, and kind. He listened to our problems and was fantastic

Firstly I was warmly greeted at the store by a properly masked gentlemen greeter who made the situation much more pleasant under Covid19 indoor shopping.... After that I was quickly directed to speak with Omar Cadiz who assisted me efficiently to resolve trade-in delays caused by the AT&T mail trade-in process. This store has a pleasant feel to it and Omar understood right away how to fix my issue as I held 4 trade-in phones in my hands(with 8 reference numbers from the mail-in process). I will certainly come here in the future as Omar saved the day for me/my family of phones to be traded in! Thank you Omar!
