I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and efficient Jiffy Lube handled my safety check. I usually go to Good year, but they were all booked up till the middle of next month. I found Jiffy Lube through Yelp and after 5 other places told me they were also booked up, I was shocked when they said sure, we can get you in today! This is the first time I felt hassle free, there was no line, and they got me in and out in no more than 20 minutes. All the techs were very friendly (thanks Christina!) and look like they love their jobs. I will definitely return for any other service issues I might have in the future.

Have not experienced such fantastic service like da kine these guys give! Called the day before, they actually answer their phone and give solid answers to questions. Went in and received awesome service from Ray C. and Christina P. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with someone who gets nervous when dealing with "car stuff". Enjoyed Ray's karaoke while he worked :)
