Yard treatment for ants and tics. I was happy to accommodate an earlier than scheduled appointment time as Matthew the service tech reached me by phone and was polite and professional. He left it up to me if they could arrive early. He carefully went over the service over the phone and basically walked me through what to expect. He was so quiet and courteous my dog the barker didn't even notice you were all over her turf.

Devon and Sam were so professional and pleasant! I showed an area on the deck where I had a problem with carpenter bees, which they named. They handled immediately told me the best way to touch up so they won’t keep coming back. They found hornets around bushes that they sprayed well and said to call if I would see activity. I love that your services are non toxic to my family and pets. They really did a great job. Keep sending them please.

From start to finish, Aptive was professional, economical, prompt, efficient, and friendly. Rick took the time to answer all of my questions and ease any concerns I had with having 3 dogs. They let me know they were here, super friendly, performed the quarterly treatment, then even found an issue with my dryer venting on the side of my house. Aptive has proven to provide what they claim. I have not seen an insect inside my home since Aptive started providing their service. I have been pleased with the service. The technicians are efficient and friendly. The office staff is available and accommodating to special requests.
