When your running boo is sidelined and you find an awesome alternative. Monica has made us feel welcome and is attentive to our personal needs. She is full of energy and motivation and I look forward to spinning each week. Thank you Monica for such a warm welcome and teaching us all about spinning!!!

Joined SpinCitas Spin Class week before Thanksgiving and been there every class since. It is challenging but well worth the reward. Monica is an excellent trainer and very motivational. She will challenge and push you every class and you will walk away knowing it was money well spent. If you are looking to invest in you for 2020, SpinCitas is for you. Hard work, but you are worth it.

I love, love, love my new spin class. I relocated to Florida from Indianapolis 6 months ago. My coworker informed me of a really great spin class. I attended my first class & I am addicted! Monica is a BOSS! She is the motivated motivator - my spin siblings are awesome people. I love my new spin family & thank God for each one of them! GO SPIN CITAS!!

I had never taken a spin class before, so I was nervous, but Monica was the best instructor I could've asked for.
After that first class, I made some new friends (everyone was so positive & supportive!), I was super-excited for the next class, and best of all it inspired me to start a new health & fitness journey in my life! I'm in better shape now than I've been in years.
I can't thank Monica enough for her encouragement, and highly, HIGHLY recommend her classes!!!

Where do I start? SpinCitas has been life-changing for me. Meeting Monica for the 1st time 18 months ago was great. She welcomed me to the class with open arms along with all the other ladies. Her classes are very energetic and rewarding. I've never left a class disappointed, she and excellent instructor who continue to motivate you in every class. Keep up the great work, Monica!!!
