I had a very informative conversation today for about 20 minutes with Mack about a boat I was interested in. I am from the midwest so there are differences in the dynamic of what to look for and take care of a wooden boat. Mack was not only one of the most knowledgeable people I have talked to about wooden boats he was very professional and steered me clear of some perceptions I had. The wood boat community is tight and Mack is passionate advocate to protect and preserve these beauties!

Unbelievable place if you are into old wood boats. You can actually walk through the shop and watch the workers do restorations on these beautiful crafts.

I'm not a boat person but they have some of the most beautiful boats around. Wooden Chris Craft boats from the 1950's and earlier. Attention to detail in the restoration is amazing. Well worth a stop.
