They NEVER answer their phones. I have to call back to back at least 15 times to get anyone to answer. It’s a waste of time tbh. But Lorraine is the best! She is so nice and caring. She does everything to make you feel so comfortable and explains everything extremely well. If I could choose her to deliver my baby I so would.
Not only did Valley Obgyn Medical Group doctor make us feel very relaxed and safe but she also invited my mom and husband to every appointment that really helped me. Pregnancy made me feel anxious but she kept my mind completely at ease and we knew we were in the best possible hands.
I was seen by Lorraine she is so gentle and makes me feel comfortable. I've been here 3 times since 2018. Never had a problem with the staff and they were not rude actually really helpful and nice. Also made sure i had what i needed before i left the office.
Was there for both of my pregnancies. Both of the time everyone from the doctors, nurses to the front & back office staff were so kind and helpful. After a successful delivery the Dr was kind enough to continue checking on me during my stay at the hospital and would be ready to solve all your questions.
