Dr. Horn is a very attentive MD. She takes her time with me; therefore I never feel rushed. She has a varied medical background and is able to take care of me, and my family in a myriad of ways. I saw her yesterday and she was able to provide me with valuable health information. She subsequently referred me to a specialist for a health condition that I’ve been experiencing. I know I’m in good hands with Dr. Horn. I highly recommend her. They’re aren’t enough stars in the galaxy to rate her. She’s top notch!

The next patient responding said it all...Dr. Horn is professional, friendly and engaging. She is patient gathering info and conversing with the patient (myself) and determining/weighing options. I would recommend her to any potential new client to COPC that is if she had additional patient caseload slot available. Thanks!
