In 2018, I had my first csection and unfortunately it went horribly wrong. I developed a severe infection that was lasting for months. During an Er visit, a nurse, who used to practice as a wound care nurse directed me towards the Advanced wound healing center.
After 2.5 months of 6 rounds of antibiotics, a wound that was still open and losing hope, I reached out to Advanced Wound healing. Dr. Lagaly, the nurses and staff saved my life, without them I do not believe I’d have been able to recover. They were always wonderful, compassionate and attentive. They went out of their way to take excellent care of me and to ensure my recovery.
They treated like a human not another number, and always made sure to communicate with me what needed to happen to help my healing.
I recently had another csection and although I am praying that I won’t need them again, I know if I do, my life is safe in their hands and care.
