I went in to the store hoping to solve a problem I had developed since increasing mileage to train for a 50k. Nikki patiently listened to the problem and then asked about what shoes I was currently using. She told me what she thought the problem was and suggested a plan to solve it. I am happy to report that her advise was spot on! She recommended shoes with less drop than what I was in and since I have started transitioning my longer runs to the new shoes my problem has all but disappeared! Thanks Nikki!! This is the sort of advise you can’t put a price on and I really appreciate it.

The staff at this location is one of the best! I am severely flat-footed and have a job which requires me to be on me feet twelve to thirteen hours per shift. Thus, finding the right shoe which will give me support plus cushion is extremely difficult. While it appeared I would leave empty handed,” the staff at FITniche Flatwoods searched other area stores, for shoes which might work for me and had them sent to the Flatwoods location. All of the FITniche staff I encountered were very knowledgeable, patient, as well as attentive, ensuring my satisfaction and that the chosen shoe was a good fit!

Went in to purchase a new pair of shoes and did not come out disappointed! The employees are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Staff was very patient, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. The shoes I wanted were out of stock, and they found a pair at another location, had them shipped, and still honored the discount they had at their store. Amazing people!

Can’t say enough about them. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. I bought my very first pair of running shoes from them.
The staff is outstanding! Very knowledgeable, super friendly and always encouraging..
The store owner Rich has a huge heart and he brings so much to the community.
I could buy a pair of shoes anywhere
but I’d miss out on their awesome hospitality!!
You have to stop by, you will not be disappointed.
