Quickly responded regarding a pin hole leak in water line that caused water damage to ceiling and carpet. Diagnoses the problem, arranged for plumber contractor to repair the line, removed damage ceiling and carpet, and provided drying machines and dehumidifier. Coordinated with home insurance carrier. Made the entire process much more manageable. Highly recommend.

We have used Servpro several times for flood restoration for our office. They immediately respond and take care of all issues to help us get our office back up and running. We always have received a high level of customer service and would strongly recommend them.

As a result of heavy rains two weeks ago, our aging roof leaked, which caused part of our dining room ceiling to sag/crack. We called several disaster restoration companies seeking emergency roof tarp services. SERVPRO of Southern Butler County said they would be able to come out the next day to emergency tarp. There was only one other company we called who said they could come out the next day. The rest of the companies we called either did not offer emergency tarp services, were in process of hiring a roofer, or were simply booked. That said, the next day, SERVPRO of Southern Butler County showed (later than scheduled time, but not a big deal in this case) to install the emergency tarp over the part of our roof that required it. My husband said the workers were friendly and considerate. So far, the dining room ceiling has not further sagged/cracked...so it seems the emergency tarp is doing it’s job. :)

They arrived quickly and took charge! Very professional and thorough. Josh, Albert and Leslie worked hard and efficiently. They kept in close contact with our insurance company and documented everything. Constantly cleaned and made sure that everything was done to remediate all of the water damage. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Peter and the Servpro team did an exceptional job on a very messy, difficult water damage cleanup. They were very responsive, and worked with me trying to manage the cleanup and removal of lots of debris from my cousins home. The majority of our communication needed to occur thru phone and email as I live 300 miles away from the site where the damage occurred. I would highly recommend them.
