Tamara is so incredibly kinda and knowledgable. After several mishaps with other nutritionists who claimed to know what I was dealing with, I was very hesitant to try someone else and spend the money. I am so glad I did. She was non judgmental and so pleasant to talk to. She took the time to get to know what I liked and disliked and helped to focus in on foods I would enjoy in my diet. Tamara is the most knowledgeable, insightful and dedicated dietician I have met. Having had inflammatory bowel disease for over 20 years, I have crossed paths with many diet counselors...most of whom knew very little about food and just recommended a diet that they were taught was appropriate for my blood type and diagnosis. Tamara takes a totally different and more complete approach. She will take the time to learn about what kind of foods you enjoy and make recommendations to suit your individual needs and lifestyle. Tamara has educated herself well beyond her extensive schooling and is able to explain things about food and nutrition on a level that will exceed what most people would ever think to inquire. Also, she is an encyclopedia of recipes and cooking methods that she has first hand experience with.
