It's a great location minutes from Dallas Love Field. The property is clean and well maintained despite its age. The fitness room was small compared to those at the Westin. The rooms were fine too, but the hotel amenities are the thing you go to Embassy Suites for! The happy hour manager's reception and the free breakfast cannot be beat!!

We travel a lot with our children and when we walked in the hotel the children immediately rated this hotel 5 stars! Very quiet area, we felt safe, rooms were cleaned, and the front desk ladies were very helpful. If you need room service, you must request the day before. The shower water pressure could have been a bit stronger, but overall I am giving this hotel 5 stars. Great breakfast, great customer service, safe location, and clean rooms. When I return to Dallas again, this will be our pick every time.

Impeccably clean! My 2-room suite was spotless, and I'm a clean freak. The housekeeping staff are really thorough and friendly. The atrium is magical in the evening with the lights. Only problem is the shuttle: I booked the shuttle for 5:30am. I was in the lobby at 5:23am, and he had already left. Front desk ordered and paid for a taxi which took only 5 minutes to arrive. So, all ended well. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable and many eating choices.

The room was beautiful. It was an interesting set up inside the hotel. I know some reported noise issues. I didn’t have any issues with that. The bed was so comfortable too! The staff was nice. I had no issues, very comfortable stay.
