MDI Rock

Wonderful and Impressive are only a few descriptors of the extraordinary experience that is had each time that I visit MDI Rock at their Queen Creek Location! I have made repeated trips to MDI and I am always impressed with the quality of the inventory. More impressive than the products they carry is the staff in Queen Creek! From the office to yard every team member offers you their professional knowledge in a friendly and engaged manner! I would especially like to thank Jason and Jessica who always go above and beyond! It is because of them that I continue to continue to make repeat visits to MDI in Queen Creek! In summary, I cannot recommend MDI Rock highly enough!

I’ve had two opportunities to work with MDI rock recently (within the last month) and have had an AMAZING experience!! I went with my friend first and Jessica provided an easy to understand explanation of the process of loading, weighing and payment. She directed us to where the kind of soil my friend needed was located and efficiently checked us out when we were done. All with a smile and while engaging with my son!
When I returned to find out what I needed Jessica was happy to show me examples of different landscaping options. She walked around with us so we could actually see what things looked like and let my toddler hold and feel some rocks, which he loved. Her time, expertise and incredible level of customer service meant that I could make up my mind without becoming overwhelmed and get what I needed the same day!! Without her I would have easily become overwhelmed…
Overall a great experience!!! Tidy grounds, good product selection and professional and friendly associates that are a pleasure to work with!

Great company from the office workers, people in the yard and delivery drivers. Would highly recommend them. We ordered 8 tons of rock and quickly realized that we needed a lot more, we called that morning and they delivered another 10 tons within 2 hours. Just an awesome company from start to finish. Thank you, our yard looks great.

We have been redoing our back yard and needed materials to complete the project. We stopped by MDI Rock - Queen Creek and they had a large selection to choose from and the people were very helpful. Trevor delivered our rock and he was very nice, polite, and professional and had good ideas and advice on our project. We would highly recommend MDI Rock-Queen Creek!!

My experience with MDI Rock has been so wonderful. They were able to help me estimate how much compost I needed for my garden project over the phone. I paid a very reasonable delivery fee to have the compost brought right to my house. The man who delivered our order was a very skilled driver and navigated our property well avoiding our septic tank and other things. He was very kind and friendly. We will definitely be using MDI rock again for our landscaping and gardening projects.
