I never thought I’d leave a good review for a car dealership but Sara and the staff here were kind and up front. The only reason it’s a four star review is because I have to leave them some room to continue to impress me (at least until my warranty is up). Sarah did not dodge a single question, and followed up promptly with what she said she would do. No run around. No pressure. I asked questions and they were answered, and not with more questions. Go here if you’re considering an online purchase. Ask for Sara.

Excellent job by Ricky Vargas. Very knowledgeable on all vehicles. We test drove 3 different trucks and ended up choosing the 2021 Sierra 1500 Diesel. Nearly 600 miles to the tank, that’s over double what I was getting in my previous truck and $30 less per week in fuel cost. We ended up in a better truck then we came to look at. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because after the deal was complete, I wait an hour and a half for the truck to get back from “detail” and fuel. The truck wasn’t filled as discussed and it was not detailed other than the driver front carpet was vacuumed. Once it came back to the front I told them not to worry about it, that I’d fill it up my self and go get it washed.

Great dealership! We searched high and low for a new Yukon and ended up finding one at Ancira. We are from Fort Worth and Ricky helped us out and had most of the paperwork done before we drove down there. It was a smooth transaction and Ricky did a thorough job explaining all the features of the Yukon. Highly Recommend!

Ricky, Brian, and the entire Ancira team were phenomenal. Ricky created us right away and was prepared to answer all of our questions and help us get our new truck!! For sure recommend for a great shopping experience whenever you are in the market for new car!

Ricky & Art were fantastic and fair. They care about their customers and aren’t a dealership that price gouges vehicles, even within this competitive market. I had called about a vehicle that was on the lot a few weeks ago and it was sold. Ricky remembered me when another customer cancelled a custom order and called to offer a shot at this diesel beauty and we started the ball rolling on the purchase via phone from there. I wish every car buying experience I’d had in the past was this hassle free and quick. I’m very pleased with my purchase & highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle.
