Love, love, love Glendale Jazz. Super fun workout, fantastic instructors, such a friendly atmosphere—no judgement. Everyone works out to their own ability. Lots of options.

Jazzercise is an excellent way of having fun and getting the exercise that you need and hopefully you wanted!!!!! Great classes and awesome instructors. I would recommend this to everyone to try 😊

What a fun way to exercise! Modifications are always, whether you need to pick up the pace or slow it down! The instructors are exceptional, and the participants are warm and friendly. It's my favorite exercise routine!!

Come join us at Glendale Jazzercise! The classes are an ideal balance of stretching, cardio, and strength training. The instructors are amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional, caring, and each one is committed to providing you with the best Jazzercise experience. YOU WILL SEE RESULTS! I know I did. I had tried the latest diet and “worked out” in the newest gym but it was joining Jazzercise several years ago that made the difference. I met my health and fitness goals then and I am maintaining them today. The class schedules are convenient, you will meet some wonderful people, and once you try it and have the most fun allowed while exercising...... you will come back for more.
