I enjoyed living at this community! The floorplans are extremely roomy and open, bedrooms are large, a ton of natural light and I had a beautiful view of the hills. I recommend checking this location out, I truly feel they have the best home layouts in the area.

I have been living here since last one and half years and happy to share my experience. Rooms are nice and spacious, Maintenance is superb, Quick Respond to work order, office and maintenance staff are nice, well maintained premises and facilities, upgraded appliances, fulll size washer /dryer, beautiful mountain view. Overall beautiful complex , Good place to live.👍

This apartment complex is excellent if you're looking for a place to live in the Anthony Wayne school district. It's right near a Churchill's and close to downtown Maumee as well as Perrysburg. It's right by the highway for easy access. As for living conditions, they are wonderful. Management is quick to fix any issues and are very personable. The pool is well maintained in the summer as is the grass. Snow and ice removal are prompt. Highly recommended.
