Took an older vacuum in, they repaired the machine very quickly, gave it a “tune up” and provided me with an accessory that was missing. The woman that helped me was very polite and professional. I bought the unit off FB market place for the summer home, it works so well decided to keep it home. Service was prompt, courteous and as promised!

I ordered a Electrolux central vacuum 35’ long hose and power head set in a great price, and it delivered to me in two days. Irina answers all my questions that I needed. She is the best.

Aerus Electrolux is quite a find. It's hard to find a great vacuum repair place, but now I have. I dropped off a small unit that needed fixing, and the gentleman who helped me said to come back for it the next day. I then got a call an hour later saying it was done. What service! I'll definitely take all future repairs to Aerus!
