Armando is an absolute lifesaver! He helped me for 2 hours switching my phone number and carrier to my wife's family plan with AT&T. He also figured out how to take out apart the super hard case on my phone that caused me a great deal of trouble. The whole time Armando translated Spanish to English with my in-laws and overall it was an extremely pleasant interaction. 5 Stars for Armando!

They were so helpful and I appreciated Jared and Armando walking me through the process for an upgrade. I felt super comfortable (like they weren't just trying to upsell me) which is so important to me. Would definitely come here again and 10/10 would recommend.

I upgraded my phone few days ago and Jasper, the person who helped me from this McKee/N. Capitol location did a very good customer service. He was very patient with his customers, knowledgeable and helped me until everything was set up with my new device. I've been with at & t for many years and I can assure you that not every employee is as helpful as Jasper. Keep up the good work and look forward meeting you again next time.

I came in knowing I wanted to upgrade and add a new line and Daniel helped me out in no time. He went above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied and took the time to explain every option based off of what I needed. Amazing service and I would highly recommend to be helped by Daniel.
