Nice looking office, much better than other locations. Arrived 15 minutes early on Monday and got right in. The staff was very nice and professional.

Very clean, pleasant office and facility. The receptionist was on the ball and quickly handled registration. Everyone was masked and maintained social distancing- very comfortable. Virtually no waiting, I was taken in right on time. The tech was thorough, explained the process and was sensitive to my comfort. Parking was covered and very accessible and convenient.

SimonMed Imaging arranged my appointment close to home. At the last minute there was a change. They kept us well informed, found a convenient site for me. When I arrived everything ran smoothly and the whole experience of having an MRI was quite pleasant.
I congratulate SimonMed for their efficiency and care.

Everyone was extremely nice, super comforting and very professional. I would highly recommend any family and friends to use Dr.Ellegalla and that facility! The staff was superb!!
