We had a not too serious leak, but it was such that it required our water to be turned off. We called in the morning and they were able to get Raman out to our house within the hour. The repair was simple, but he walked me through why my fix hadn't worked and how to address it if it ever happened again.

We had issues with a slow drain and one day kitchen sink usage started backing up in bath. We hired Drain Pro after reading reviews on Google and Yelp - and had an excellent experience. They were punctual. Raman did a quick diagnosis and told us our options. The estimate we received was great too with no unnecessary 'urgent' replacements suggested to solve the issue at hand.
