Casa Mora Rehabilitation and Extended Care

Great place to work!

When our family member needed to be transferred from the hospital to a long term care facility, Casa Mora agreed to take her with all of her challenges. We were a little concerned because some of the reviews online of Casa Mora weren't as great as we would have liked. However, we also know that when people are pretty happy, they tend not to write reviews, so we took that into consideration.

We really felt like this was the place she was supposed to be. Casa Mora has gone above and beyond. The administrators and staff have taken a personal interest in our family member. They truly are invested in her growth and progress, physically, mentally and emotionally. It seems like everyone there knows her by name. One of the sweet CNAs came into the room when we were visiting and called her "my princess". Our family member's face lit up and she was so happy! I know that she is truly cared about and loved.

The therapists (occupational, physical, speech etc.) have worked with her and pushed her to achieve more. She has progressed so much in the few short months that she has been there. When she came there, she couldn't get out of bed, talk, or do any kind of self care. Now, just a few months later, she is learning to walk again, talking a lot and taking on some of her own self care. We feel like we are witnessing a miracle!

Since we do not live close by, whenever there is any kind of issue, we always receive a phone call and our input and desires are taken into consideration We have regular meetings with the care team and they keep us updated on each aspect of her care.

We are so grateful for the administrators and staff at Casa Mora. She couldn't be in a better place! Thank you Casa Mora!
