Everyone is so helpful. ECA is family. If you are looking for a place to work out this is the spot. Come see any of the awesome trainers and fitness coaches. All are professional helpful and give positive reinforcement. They helped me reach my goals. If you are in need of a personal trainer come see gregarious he has many years of experience and very helpful.

I have been going to this gym for a few years now and love it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their trainers are knowledgeable and caring. I would and have recommended this gym to my friends.

I have been with them for about 10 years now. The equipment is always working and there’s enough for everyone. The staff is always so friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The prices are very good and their programs like “Training for Champions” is one of the best I’ve ever done. The personal trainers were awesome at understanding my back issues and always modified the exercises in ways that I could do. Jerica was awesome giving me killer workouts that kept me motivated and going night after night. Robert is the friendliest one. He’s always so helpful and understanding. I definitely recommend this gym and I wouldn’t want to go meet my physical goals anywhere else. Easily 5 stars hands down.

I've worked here before becoming a member. After I stopped working here, there was no doubt what gym to join. This gym feels like a community and they truly care about getting members to see results. Always and upbeat energetic place.

Front desk is helpful and friendly, especially Robert. He has always been able give me the exact information I'm looking for and doesn't fail to crack me up.

I went today to check out the place. They were so nice and encouraging. They really cared about what was the best plan for me, not selling me the most expensive package. There's a great community from what I can tell.
Update: I went a few more times before the pandemic stuff started. My only complaint so far is that I feel they didn't make it clear enough to me that if I wanted to bring in a guest that is my age they had to have a parent or guardian with them
