I can't express enough how grateful I am for everyone at Heritage Family Eyecare. My eyes are very complicated, but the staff is always so patient and supportive. They answer all my questions and never rush my appointments.
Highly recommend coming to this location! Brandon spent probably over 30 mins helping my boyfriend and I. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I felt the staff truly cares and tries their very best to accommodate their patients needs and wants! Definitely the best in the area.
I have been visiting Dr. Colvin for years and every experience is consistently high quality. The facility is beautiful, the selection of glasses is great, and my appointment was on time. Dr. Colvin is thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. I didn't feel any rush or pressure. She took time to answer all of my questions and educate me on each of the tests. I always look forward to getting my glasses from Heritage Family Eyecare.
Dr. Colvin had me seeing more clearly in just one visit. She takes the time to listen to her patients eye care concerns. The office staff is very friendly too! I highly recommend her!
Great service, high end products and service. Dr. Colvin and her staff always greets you with a smile and make you feel like family. They take care of all your needs and if you are not sure on what is the best for you, they gladly help you. We had make drive for the last four years from Garland, TX just to have a great customer service experience. Something that you don't find easy anywhere!
