My wife and I have a homeowners policy coming up for renewal and reached out to Kathy with questions. I was honestly surprised at how responsive Kathy was and how promptly she got back to us. Both my wife and I asked questions and even presented a new quote for Kathy to review for us. Kathy not only answered all our questions about the quote, she also checked for less expensive quotes as well. If only all insurance services were like this.

As a result of the great service, we plan to renew with Kathy when our policy is up and feel confident that we are receiving a fair and good deal for our homeowners insurance.
