Kinney Steven R MD

I used to work for Dr. Kinney and of all the Doctors I've worked with he was the most caring and his compassion has always resonated with me over the years.
He truly cares, he is the reason I stopped a life long bad habit of chewing my nails. He constantly stayed on me to be better about my health and did it in a way that worked for me.. because he acted like a concerned father.

I watched him treat all his patients this way as well.

I wish I still lived in TN so I could use him as my Dr today.

I have been with Hermitage Family Practice for years. I love my Dr's, I love the nurses, I love the ladies in the office. Everyone makes you feel special & it's all about you when you go in. I especially love the fact that they talk to all my other Dr's. Ex: When I had knee surgery they knew everything about my surgery...what day it was, what medications I was taking, when my PT was. I didn't have to explain anything. They are very on top of all of it & very professional. They call to remind me of my appointments, they call my prescriptions & refills in. The most important thing is they listen to me & my concerns & take into consideration when I have a direction I want to go with my health with full support. When I moved to Clarksville for 8 yrs (I'm back closer now) it never even crossed my mind to switch Dr's. I love you guys

I've gone here since I moved to Hermitage from Ohio about 3 years ago. They were recommended but a long time patient there. They do a great job, minimal waiting times, and they treat the whole family. I like the fact that if I need lab work done, I can give my samples right on site instead of going to a lab. That makes me more likely to keep up on regular lab work. No complaints.

I don't get the negative reviews. Four members of my family have seen Dr Kinney or a PA since our move to Nashville a few years ago. We like all the staff, both medical and administrative, and have recommended this practice numerous times.
