Dr Knowles and the staff at this office are superior in every way. My wife and I have been seeing this group for about 20 yrs. now. Their level of care and compassion more than make up for the annoyance that is part of the “corporate medicine” mind set that is an unavoidable part of medicine in our world today.
My husband George went into the office t0 check about a form needed to stop a medication 5 days before a surgery. The surgery was for the next Tues . The medicine had to be stopped 5 days prior which meant that day. He was told the form was there in the doctors box but no guarantee it could be done that day. I went to office after him spoke to Lora asking if the form could be placed on her desk. She did that with a STAT note on it. Thank you Lora for your help. The doctor signed the form and surgery did not have to be rescheduled.
