(June 4, 2020, 7:13 pm)As far as trucking companies go, Shaffer is better than most. There are so many variables involved it's a crapshoot for drivers, but good maintenance and miles. Never question my judgement, dispatch is spread thin like it is everywhere else but the company does seem to care about its drivers. I'll be staying.

(August 1, 2019, 9:32 am)We love working here. Management has an open door policy, never any issues to talk to anyone. Great miles, great pay, great home time policy. Quarterly bonus, profit sharing, great benefits. If you have an issue and follow the right process then your issue will be heard and addressed...someone is always willing to listen when you handle things properly.

(January 7, 2019, 4:07 am)I loved meeting my dispatchers here...the lounge is great, and it has a store upstairs to do a little clothes shopping. The shower was cold in the room.
