I am in my 10th year of CrossFit. I have had to find new homes 3 times now. It’s not easy to do that when you love the people you’ve left behind at the old location. From the moment I walked into DFW they made me feel welcome. The people have all been so great to me. The programming and coaching are fantastic and I get in a great workout each time and have fun doing it! I’m so happy to have found this place!

Update 7/14/21 Review still stands. I love this place and these people!

Over the years I have been a member at several CrossFit gyms. CrossFit DFW is by far the best that I have found. The coaches are top notch. They focus on form and lowering the weight to ensure you have the technique drilled in. The facility is great! The garage doors and the Big A$$ fan really help on those hot humid days. Above all, the community is amazing! Keep up the great work team!

Love this place! Super friendly and encouraging staff and coaches! Every workout is different and challenges all levels of fitness. And the music is always fun!
