Western Wake Family Dentistry

Office staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Moore is very personable and does not recommend unnecessary procedures. Many insurance companies are in-network with them. They also offer a special plan that covers two cleanings and an x-ray for those who do not have insurance. I have recommended their office to several friends.

I haven't been to the dentist in longer than I care to admit. I'm lucky to have a great set of teeth that are apparently pretty resilient. My visit to Western Wake today was one wrought with anxiety, but only until I sat in the chair. My hygienist was personable, professional, and thorough. The cleaning was on point, painless, and frankly the conversation was enjoyable. The front desk attendant was extremely knowledgeable about insurance processes, had me checked in quickly and had me scheduled and on my way after just a few minutes at the end of my visit. My last experience at a different practice, albeit a long time ago, was NOTHING like this one and Western Wake made me feel comfortable, safe, and in good hands. Not easy to do for this giant wuss when it comes to dental work.

Everyone was in a good mood and positive. Kelly at the front desk was extremely helpful. Dental hygienist, Kim, was very sweet. I look forward to my cleaning soon. Dr. Moore was very knowledgeable. He worked in my mouth with great efficiency and accuracy. They made me feel at ease. I definitely recommend them.

Had my regular visit this week for cleaning, x-rays, and exam. The dental assistant did a through job of cleaning and had a pleasant demeanor, making sure that I was comfortable. The office was following covid protocol
Dr. Moore checked my teeth and gave me two thumbs up.

I couldn't be more pleased with the cosmetic work that Dr. Moore did on my front two teeth! If I had known the result would be so perfect, permanent and painless I would have done it a couple of years ago when I first became his patient. Highly recommend this dentist!
