Just bought my 2021 BMW S1000rr from them today and it was a wonderful and quick process. My sales representative Alex led me through every step of the buying process and was very knowledgeable in his field. I was treated like I was part of a family. This score would have been perfect if it were not for the complexity of your staffing! Who to contact for what.... is an enigma!
I recently totaled my brand new R3 which I purchased from you and the bike was there for a damage estimate. After a few days, my insurance company informed me that you would not release the bike!
The company told me it could not find anyone who could help them so I had to spend a lot of time finally running down the service manager? (Tom who was great) who informed me I had to "release" the bike. I was NEVER informed of this!
The staffing structure is obtuse and complicated if you require anything but routine interactions.! Change it!!
The fact is that my experience with your service department (Chris Lisa) and Pedro Oliveira in sales, has been excellent and I highly recommend the dealership.
I've just ordered a new replacement bike from Pedro.

I dealt with Justin in the service dept. on repairs and maintenance on an older BMW I had just purchased. His attention to detail and professional attitude during the process were a breath of fresh air. My experience with Cross Country was a positive one and they will definitely be my first stop for any additional service, or when it's time to purchase another bike. Thanks again Justin.
