My overall experience with Gulf Coast Bank was great, and Gabrielle was a breath of fresh air! She was truly a pleasure to work with. She took the time to explain things and made sure that my questions were answered. She is not only great at her profession, but she truly cares for people. That is the reason why I was so comfortable having her as my loan officer (from start to finish). I would give her 100 thumbs up if I could. She was truly amazing. I WILL be sending family and friends her way!

Their personnel were pleasant, knowledgeable, and responded quickly, even at non-traditional business times. If they did not know the answer to my question, they found the person who did and responded to me quickly. They are true professionals.
