We haven't had any procedure performed yet but Dr. Tiffany was extremely helpful in helping me understand the dental treatment plan. Also, Ms. Toni the office manager was amazing at helping me understand the payment options with my insurance. She was extraordinarily patient, informative, empathic, and warm. I really appreciate her.

This establishment is great! Dr. Jamison and the hygienists do a great job ensuring that your are comfortable during cleanings and procedures.

I just left from a cleaning appointment and the front desk personnel had wonderful customer service.

Let me begin by saying I truly enjoy the back office of this establishment. The doctors and hygienist are truly amazing. They always make me feel comfortable and not like I’m just another number. I appreciate that being that dental work is scary. The front office on the other hand could definitely use some work. I’ve been a patient for a few years and it’s always been issues with payments and being unorganized. But today, while having an issue with scheduling, Donna went out her way to reassure me and fully listen to my issue and rectify the situation. I appreciate that so much because being heard and understood can change any situation. I must say that I’m excited to see what changes will be made now that Donna is there. We need more people like her at this establishment. Besides those mishaps, I’m giving this establishment 5 stars because again the doctors are amazing and I’m seeing change on the front end.
