I took them a $300 custom-made dress shirt that another cleaner had stained and they told me they couldn't make any promises but would do their best. To my amazement, they made the shirt look like new. They may be more expensive than some other cleaners but they always have the best service and the turn-around time is great. For me, it is a simple case of "you get what you pay for."
