Had a great experience working with Chad Rivas ordering my 23’ JL. Chad was super responsive and helpful throughout the process. I was buying out of state and was very skeptical about the whole process but Chad provided updates along the way and handled the pickup of the Jeep to get shipped to me with ease. They tried to slide in a $900 coating but he quickly removed it when I asked about.

The only hiccup I had was with the finance manager not being clear on the price of the extended warranty. He said it was $20 and I asked if that was upfront, as in a one time payment. They said yes and I later realized they were going off the monthly payment, $20 more per month, instead of the actual price. I probably should have known better but when I asked about if that was upfront, I know he full well understood what I meant. This caused me to have to wait longer for updated documents.

However, I don’t know that that’s enough to cause me to not recommend this dealer. I’d say give Miracle a shot. I’d consider using them again for a future order.

My husband and I are from the Memphis area and we are not familiar around here. Miracle went above and beyond for us. They really bent over backwards to help us. They even helped us with our new battery when we were unsure of what to do. We really appreciate everything they did for us. They were super helpful and friendly. I would recommend this jeep dealership to anyone just because how quick they were and them helping us installing our battery free of charge. This is the first time bringing my vehicle to a jeep dealership for service and not having to deal with any issues. Very happy with how everything went. Thank you so much!!!

Wife and I went in just wanting to look at a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara we had seen online. Got there and Zachary Cupp started helping us. For someone who had just started there 72 hours prior to us arriving, Zachary made sure we was taken care of and comfortable. The best part about dealing with him was if we had a question he didn't know he immediately found out. He was successful in setting us up with the Jeep my wife had wanted for years and we are grateful for getting to make a deal with him!! Thanks again Zachary!!

Had the absolute perfect experience. Bert and Robert were beyond accommodating, professional, responsive and genuine. I placed an order for a build, was contacted before the car was shipped out and was notified first thing when it arrived. I really couldn't ask for more. Joe, at the finance department was extremely helpful and helped me get the best for my money's worth for the maintenance package. I will absolutely refer friends and family.

Some people who are in chance or helpful but some or not

This ATM is convenient for when you run out of cash that does not have a large cap on limit withdrawal. The fees associated with it are very high though. You cannot beat how it is so conveniently placed. It is in a safely lit area as well.

Lauren was so helpful. Even though I have moved she's still my go-to banker.
