Good gym with awesome coaches

A well run business all around. Good programming, good coaching and good community. Andy (owner/coach) was super friendly and let me give some classes a try before deciding about any membership. If you're on the fence, I'd highly recommend giving it a try.

Been going for just over a week now with my wife. Here has been my experience:

Walked in one day to check out the gym, and Andy (the owner) gave me a personal tour of the place. He then proceeded to arrange a 1 on 1 hour session to orient us with the gym, go over technique, and gauge our experience so he can help us scale the workouts to our level. My wife has knee problems and he has consistently coached her from that day on how to strengthen it without injury during every workout.

The workouts are a healthy intensity! The community there is extremely uplifting and inclusive. They include an active recovery day during the week and restorative yoga on Saturdays. I’ve been to both Andy’s and Marissa’s classes and had very positive experience with both coaches. It’s a convenient location, very competitive price, and it’s helping my wife and I become consistent, work on our strength training, and improve our cardio without an unreasonable time commitment! So far we are very impressed and plan to be members for the rest of our time in CO Springs.

I am new to CrossFit and completely LOVE IT!! Andy is a phenomenal coach. He always takes time to explain the workouts thoroughly as well as making sure the movements are correct by giving great advice and demos. It is a fun place to workout with AMAZING people!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOINING US....
