The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. It's the first place we think of over the box stores. The stock is a bit limited of course, but you can't ask for a better place 🙂

Friendly staff and healthy dog food options. And I like that they keep track of my free purchases (ie: buy 10 get 1 free). Whereas other pet stores make me keep the receipt and cut out the purchase code, that's such a hassle.
They also have delivery that usually arrives in a day or two. Great store and services.

Love this place. It's huge, nicely laid out, and no political leanings are worn or displayed anywhere... No Muddy Messages! I like that! I won't do Muddy Messages EVER AGAIN! Cathy is great!

The staff is very knowledgeable and helped choose birthday gifts for my pup's 12th birthday. They even had a GRAIN-FREE Pup cupcake for my dog. They definitely helped make her birthday more fun!

We even came here to help celebrate my roomates pups birthday ! They helped me find a more durable toy for this power chewer and I was able to get her a birthday bone cookie!
