Great place, Awesome coaches, 5-star equipment! So glad to have found 3Volt. They make you feel like family and the 3 different workout rooms they have are so unique where you will never get bored! 10/10 recommend!

3Volt is hands down the best gym/studio I have ever been to. I love that there are so many options of workouts (I have become a bit of a Lagree addict)! The trainers are all so nice- they are welcoming, non-judgy- helpful- and a lot of fun! I love that the trainers will push you to do your best and take the time to get to know you and your goals. The gym is beautiful- the boutique and assortment of amazing workout clothes is dangerous- and the overall vibe feels like a family. I truly love this place and always look forward to my workouts with 3Volt!!

Between the three styles of class workouts offered, there's something for everyone! Personally, I love alternating between all three. All of the instructors are super nice and more importantly, motivating, supportive and POSITIVE, no matter your fitness level. Even if you're like me...someone who never exercises with no discipline to maintain a traditional gym schedule...they help you modify ALL the moves to your ability while still giving you a great workout.
