Bought a battery at the end of 2019 it was discontinued since then. I had misplaced the receipt but Deborah ( Service Manager) help me and went beyond. She took the battery and gave me a new one. Absolutely the best experience I've had. I highly recommend this location for honesty and integrity.

Excellent experience! I had a clacking noise on my car when starting and stopping. It sounded like a CV joint. A few weeks ago, a Hyundai dealer checked for the noise and said, it's nothing to worry about. impossible to reproduce the noise, are you serious??????
So, I went to Pep Boys this morning for them to have a look, they found the issue in no time! They found a bolt on the CV joint was loose and also another bolt on the caliper.
Pep Boys Staff asked me who touched the car lastly, the Hyundai Dealer who installed the new tires 6 months ago! Pretty troubling when you think about it.
And so, I am thankful, they did a really good job and I am glad to see there is still some helpful people in the US trying to make a difference! Thank you for your service.

Had a great experience at this location. Was at a different location for an oil change and they found something wrong with my car but didn't have a tech available to fix it so I called this location and they got me right in, fixed my car and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The manager was very friendly and understanding. They are a little short handed so wait time is longer than it should be, so keep that in mind.

Battery was going bad. Called Sunday afternoon and they were able to install a new one in a half an hour.
Great customer service and very friendly staff.
Would recommend this location
