Hattie B’s Hot Chicken - Memphis, TN

This was my first time visiting the establishment. The cashier was very friendly, helpful, courteous, and patient with us. The waitress was just as friendly and courteous. She checked on us several times. I could tell that this a very diverse and popular place. The food was hot and edible. I had the mild chicken, fries, and greens. It is important to note that they have whole wings and you get two sides. The greens were not for me. During this time of Covid, I was suggest individually wrapped plastic ware and condiments in a package.

Staff was very inviting and friendly. Food was sooo yummy!!! I thought I was getting wet wings, but that was okay because I still ate the wings that were fresh and perfectly seasoned. The Belgian Waffles were only $3 and they were worth every penny. Parking is a little tight, but once you squeeze in there, you won't regret it.

It was packed and almost standing room only, but the staff was great. They were efficient, patient and constantly moving. They checked each to go order for the correct items before announcing the food was ready. Our to go order was still piping hot after our 15 minute drive home. The flavors and the quality of the food was great. We will definitely be back!

Wow! This place is no joke. The sides are phenomenal to say the least. The potato salad is top notch. The chicken is great. I do like that they give whole quarters for dark meat. It makes it feel like you got more food. If you are looking for spice then you certainly have choices. The desert also should jot be missed.

We really wanted to visit this restaurant but every time we past by this place,, there would be a long line! We were wondering what made people flock to this place. No need for us to wonder anymore because this time we got lucky...there was hardly a line when got there. Anyway this was our first visit to this restaurant and we were not disappointed. We really enjoyed our food selection! The chicken was fresh and crispy, seasoned to your preference listed on their menu.. The service we received was really good! I think we'll be back!
