I highly recommend Nate Freeman. When we had our new townhouse built, Nate worked on behalf of the builder, but he always looked out for our best interests as well. He also had an excellent working relationship with our agent. Nate is genuine in wanting you to have a great buying experience. He goes the extra mile to ensure you are fully informed about every option and detail. If something does not go according to plan, as can happen with new construction, Nate calmly and deftly steps in to find a solution, working effectively with the builder and subcontractors. He even helped us on his days off. His knowledge of construction and his experience with new homes proved invaluable on numerous occasions. He also has a calming presence, along with a good sense of humor, that helps you keep every challenge in perspective. If you want to find a rare real estate agent who is an excellent communicator (extremely prompt with email follow ups and calls) and who is sincere about doing the right thing, then I highly recommend Nate Freeman. The only disadvantage of having our home finished is that we will really miss interacting with him.
