No Limits Auto Repairs

First impressions mean a lot to me, and from the very first contact I had with this shop, I've been impressed. I've had really bad experiences with repair shops in Miami in the past, but now that I've worked with this place, I don't need to look any further. The shop is clean, the guys there are really professional, and Fabian, the manager, is extremely attentive, courteous and communicative (which, if you live in Miami, you know are characteristics that very, very, very rarely are seen from any business, much less a repair shop). Their prices are fair and they take time to do a good job. I recommend No Limits very highly. But secretly, I hope that recommendation doesn't mean that they'll become so busy that I'll never get an appointment with them again.

I have to say the guys customer service is 5 star very pleasant to speak with, but I'm only leaving 3 stars because I spent 900 on a accelerator postion switch and ac compressor with pulley changed but I was told the a/c fuse was pulled and ac wont work being a jack of all trades i was confused by this as the ac was working fine b4 the pulley broke. The install of both parts looked great (5 star) But I drove the car up to a gas station and replaced the blown fuse which probably blew when the a/c clutch pulley broke. But I figured a shop would know this and after spending 900 dollars. I had to put a $2 fuse in to get my a/c to work . I went with this shop because of great reviews but a blown fuse come on ... idk if it was a bad day at the shop or what, ( we all have them) but these kinda small things that are overlooked is why I do my own repairs, I was on vacation when this took place and didnt have tools. But as promised he did it in a single day. So in short 5 star customer service 3 star work, I changed this review to 5 star the owner reached out to me and owned up to the mistake thank you

These guys are great. I read the other reviews before I went to them and it's true- they are honest and up front, they work fast, and they keep you updated. I had a basic tune-up done with an oil-change and spark plugs switched out, as well as the air filters changed and the power steering fluid line switched out as well as mine was leaking. I have some more work to be done later and I'll definitely go back to them. They are easy to talk to and are clearly willing to do what's necessary to earn regular repeat customers like me!
