Even though they were short-staffed they heard my concerns and managed to get my car in. they followed through with listening for what I could hear and then while it took them an hour or more to determine exactly was wrong with my car and returned it to me. I took it back to the dealer as directed. Great guys. Thank you all

Our van broke down near Boise on the way home from a long road trip and Tire Choice was thankfully open that Sunday. They were so incredibly helpful! They even let us borrow their truck to get to our hotel for the night. If that's not "giving the shirt off your own back" service, I don't know what is. They fixed everything we needed and got us back on the road. We're so grateful we found this place and the amazing people who helped us make it home.

I came to Boise on vacation and happened to crack a wheel on the trip over. I was able to get a wheel shipped over and Tire Choice exchanged it at no cost and fast. This location happened to be one of the few shops open on a Sunday which was very convenient. I was able to get back home thanks to you guys.
