JOSH IS AMAZING!
He is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. He is the reason I continuously return to this location. He has earned my trust and my loyalty to this location. I know he's only here temporarily, but he has made me a believer.

Needed a pre purchase inspection done. It was challenging to coordinate with the seller and Josh (the front desk guy) was super patient with me when I had to cancel and reschedule a few times. The inspection took about 45 minutes and went by fast. Josh gave me a detailed run down of the vehicle and provided excellent information to help me make an informed decision. I ended up buying the car and was very happy knowing it had been thoroughly diagnosed. Not only did they do a great job but they were great people to work with. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks Josh!

I ordered 4 new tires from Amazon and wasn't sure how or where I was going to have them installed. When I was processing my order, they offered tire installation services at Pep Boys. In addition they also delivered them directly to Pep Boys which meant that it was one thing I didn't have to deal with. My tires arrived on Friday and Curt was able to get me in on Saturday the same day I called. This was a week sooner than scheduled. I was very appreciative of him and his professional team being able to accomadate this last minute change! I was expecting, with this being last minute, to not have my vehicle ready until late afternoon. To my surprise they had it done in an hour and a half. And because of their 'can do' attitude they have secured a new loyal customer. I will be sure to let family and friends know this is the place they need to go for excellent, helpful and friendly service!

I am so impressed with the service I was given today! On my way to work this morning I had an emergency with my tires and was so nervous nobody would be able to help. Even it being SATURDAY and appointments booked back to back. Chad was SO helpful and professional. He did exactly what he said. He followed through every step. I’m so appreciative of this type of service. It’s hard to find this type of service in this time and this location’s approach in providing excellent customer service will not go unnoticed!!
