My agent is Matthew Hamel and he runs an efficient and customer service oriented office for Farmers Insurance.
The true gem is his assistant Natalie. She’s always friendly and a effective problem solver. She has gone the extra mile with me every time I call for something without fail. She embodies what excellent customer service should be and that is coming from someone who’s been in customer service for over 30 years!

I was able to get insurance for my condo in less than 10 minutes from Matt. He is very professional and has the knowledge to handle all insurance questions.
