Everyone was so nice. Our dog has some anxiety when out in public but everyone there was super understanding and nice. We used the self service dog was which was wonderful! Would def recommend. It really saved my back since I'm usually bent over washing her at home.

Peter took the extra time to help me find the right brush and shampoo product for Labrador retrievers and explained how to use them most effectively. Very friendly and informative. A breath of fresh air when most employees these days couldn’t care less about their customers. Thanks!!

I love shopping at Pet Supplies Plus. Everyone is always so helpful and the store is the perfect size to get in and out and find exactly what you need. I recently was short on time and used their curbside pick up and it was great! Super easy and it was ready when I drove up!

I love Pet Supplies Plus Frisco! They are always so helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. The management is always willing to do everything to make my experience the best possible. I also like how they have the buy 10 bags, get a bag of dog food free offer plus they are always sending out coupons on top of that. Great Pet Store!!!

Amazing service, knowledgeable staff (able to answer questions about dog allergies for example), everyone is always friendly and helpful, even down to offering to walk me through signing up for online rewards over the phone! We started coming for the dog wash but we return for the service and won't be going back to those big stores anymore! Everyone is always so friendly, the store is clean, well-organized, and each aisle is specifically labeled making it so easy to find what you're looking for.
