Quest Diagnostics Carrollton

Very professional and very efficient. I made my appointment online, and received text updates with a link to check in. After I finally located the lab in the building (see comments at the end of this review*), I checked in and waited about 5 minutes before I was called. Jessy took my blood easily, even though many others have struggled to find a vein in my arm, and I was done and able to leave 3 or 4 minutes later even including doing the necessary administrative work.
* The address for the lab says 'Plaza II' but the lab is located closer to the doors for Plaza III. If you enter the building through the Plaza II doors, make an immediate left and follow the corridor until you see signs for 'Quest Diagnostics'.

I've never had a problem with Quest. I have gone here often for bloodwork due to a thyroid problem. They have always treated me with respect and professionalism.

I pass out with needles, but I didn't even bat an eye here! The lady was so sweet, fast, and kept me talking to distract me. I will definitely be back anytime I get to choose my lab!

This was my first time going to this Quest. I will definitely go to this one again. I have a lot of blood drawn once a year. This time the doctor ordered 17 tubes. Reagan and Liz were wonderful when they drew my blood. Even though it was a lot of work, and I had to get stuck twice, because my blood started clotting, they worked together and maintained a professional and courteous demeanor, which kept me calm. Also, it's kept very clean. Shouts out to you both. Keep up the great and much appreciated work that you do.
