Dr. Patel and staffs are very knowledgeable and professional! Referred by my coworker and I am glad he did! Originally visited here because my left jaw was hurting. Dr. Patel examined and told me nothing wrong other than need deep cleaning. She told me it could be an ear infection or allergy. So I took her advised and visit local doctor. Long story short it was TMJ and my jaw issue will go away by taking medicine and mouth guard.

Deep cleaning process was very smooth! She show me photos of before and after and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

I do not know where and why all the so called 'negative' comments on Dr. Patel on google review! She has been my family Dentist for over 10 years and provided us with EXCELLENT services throughout these years. None of us have any uncomfortable feeling or negative treatment from this Dr. Patel or her staff. Dr. Patel and her staff are extremely well trained and very professional. I can recommend Dr. Patel to anyone with 100% confidence for any of the basic (no surgery) dental work. I had crowns built, deep cleaning, and other repair works to my teeth done at this facility in Plano.

I have used Dr. Patels services for last 10 years. They are very meticulous about their job. Its always easy to schedule an appointment and she thoroughly explains the procedure she is about to perform. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean equipments. I highly recommend Dr.Patels services.

I don’t understand any bad reviews for Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is an excellent dentist, is extremely knowledgeable and the office staff goes out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. I have referred friends, work colleagues and family to Dr. Patel and will continue to do so. If I was able to give more than 5 stars, I would. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel
