Fresh Heads Lice Removal - Jacksonville

I called on a Saturday & was able to get a same day appointment.Our technician was Mike and he was so great, friendly & educational. A friend of mine used this clinic & absolutely raved about them so as soon as I found a nit in my daughters hair, I knew exactly where to go. I couldn’t be more happier with them & their service. The office is clean & professional. They explained the process of what to do at home with our bedding/stuffed animals/etc. The process of removal was so easy, quick and painless.

my friends and I came in today and we were greeted with lovely staff! Mike and Cat were very nice and gentle with all of our heads, we even had some funny conversations. Lice is nothing to be ashamed about. thank you Mike and Cat at Fresh Heads Bartram Park for making our experience great!

I have been using Fresh Heads since 2013. They are AMAZING!!! Back at our first visit, we had been dealing with lice for 6 months! We had tried everything out there- over the counter, prescription, home remedies- and nothing worked. But Fresh Heads finally got rid of it for good! Since then, anytime anyone has an itchy head, we go there to have it checked. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and prompt in returning messages. I cant recommend them highly enough! Yesterday, Amy was our technician, and she was just awesome!! Thank you, Fresh Heads!!!! You put a mother's mind at ease!

This was the first time my daughter has ever had lice. I treated her twice at home before making her an appointment to come here. I was up until 2:30am going through her very thick & long hair! I called Fresh Heads first thing this morning and they were above & beyond pleasant and helpful! Even though they were already booked, they still worked around my hectic schedule and got me in the same day! As soon as I got here, they were immediately welcoming and so pleasant with myself and both of my girls. Amy was very throughout and explained everything to us and explained what we would need to do when we left and returned home. I highly recommend Fresh Heads!

A last minute appointment scheduled easier than I could even imagine. Very Friendly staff i received all the education i needed. Such a pleasant experience. Well worth the money. Such a clean office. Mike is awesome!
