The Stretch Ninja

Kyna is a healer! She is very experienced at body work, , stretch therapy, massage and everything in between to get your body to recover and heal. She is unique with all the different tools she has in her repertoire: massage gun, sound therapy, manual therapy, red light, etc. she has the tools and experience to know what to apply to make you feel the best you’ve ever felt. I’ve noticed more mobility and less tightness in my hips and back since seeing her, which has helped me feel better in general and helped my golf game!

I had the most wonderful experience with the Stretch Ninja! I was in so much pain from my back and she knew exactly how to help me get my mobility back. The experience was more than I could have imagined.

I went to see Kyna after having some lower back and shoulder pain for a couple months. I left feeling so relieved and relaxed! I felt like years of tension were stretched out in the time I was there. The space is very relaxed and Kyna really takes the time to figure out what’s going on with you. Go see her!!

Kyna is wonderful, full of knowledge and compassion. Her knowledge of the body, its systems is amazing as I would strongly suggest having the a series of stretches with the Stretch Ninja .
